Construction Site Mapping in BR4

We cover BR4 for construction site mapping, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

Our construction site mapping work in BR4 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Built-up areas like BR4 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Bromley is a regular working area for us, and BR4 is part of it.

We confirm what permissions the BR4 site needs before anything is booked in. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Urgent BR4 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
