Construction Progress Monitoring in W14

Construction progress monitoring in W14, quoted per job and delivered to a spec you agree up front.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in W14 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

The right altitude for any W14 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of W14. Sites across West London get the same crews and the same standards as W14.

Each W14 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. Larger data sets are delivered by secure transfer rather than physical media. The same pilot who plans the W14 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
