Construction Progress Monitoring in UB10

We fly construction progress monitoring throughout UB10, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

UB10 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.

The value of construction progress monitoring here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Some UB10 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Sites across Southall get the same crews and the same standards as UB10.

Before we fly in UB10 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. You will know who is turning up in UB10, and when, before the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
