Construction Progress Monitoring in SE28
SE28 is inside our regular patch, so construction progress monitoring there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
SE28 is part of the London area our construction progress monitoring crews cover as standard. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.
Every construction progress monitoring brief starts with what the images have to do. Operating in SE28 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Sites across South East London get the same crews and the same standards as SE28.
The SE28 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any SE28 booking. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.
SE28 takes in a stretch of the tidal Thames. Our team works the river constantly, so vessel movements, tide windows and PLA coordination are handled in-house.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because SE28 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
