Construction Progress Monitoring in SE20

Everything we fly in SE20 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

We run construction progress monitoring jobs across SE20 throughout the year. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

Whether the SE20 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and SE20 is no exception. SE20 is grouped with the rest of South East London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Each SE20 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. Ask for the SE20 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Can you work around a live site in SE20?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
