Construction Progress Monitoring in N7

A CAA-approved, £10M-insured crew for construction progress monitoring anywhere in N7.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

We run construction progress monitoring jobs across N7 throughout the year. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

Most N7 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. London airspace is not uniform, and N7 has its own constraints to work around. N7 is grouped with the rest of North London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Any N7 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. Nothing about the N7 operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in N7?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

How long will you be on site in N7?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
