Construction Progress Monitoring in N21

Whatever the site looks like in N21, our construction progress monitoring team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work reaches every part of N21. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Clients in N21 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. Some N21 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. N21 shares its airspace picture with the rest of North London, which we already know well.

The N21 operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Urgent N21 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Nothing about the N21 operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will you be on site in N21?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
