Construction Progress Monitoring in N10

A CAA-approved, £10M-insured crew for construction progress monitoring anywhere in N10.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in N10 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

The value of construction progress monitoring here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Some N10 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Anything we can do elsewhere in North London we can do in N10.

Every flight in N10 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

All flights are logged, and we keep the records available for your compliance file. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
