Construction Progress Monitoring in HA9
Everything we fly in HA9 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
We take construction progress monitoring bookings across HA9 most weeks of the year. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. Repeat visits to the same HA9 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Some HA9 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Sites across Harrow get the same crews and the same standards as HA9.
Any HA9 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. Tell us the HA9 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in HA9.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
