Construction Progress Monitoring in HA2

UAS London provides construction progress monitoring across the HA2 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in HA2 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.

Good construction progress monitoring makes the next conversation shorter. We treat HA2 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. Clients in HA2 often have sites elsewhere in Harrow, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

Before we fly in HA2 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any HA2 booking. Send the HA2 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Can you fly drones in HA2?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in HA2. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.

How much notice do you need for a booking in HA2?

A few days is comfortable for most HA2 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
