Construction Progress Monitoring in EC1Y

Tell us the EC1Y site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

EC1Y is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Clients in EC1Y usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of EC1Y. We hold current airspace knowledge for East Central London as a whole, EC1Y included.

The EC1Y plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

All flights are logged, and we keep the records available for your compliance file. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We flag anything that could delay the EC1Y shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
