Construction Progress Monitoring in E22

We fly construction progress monitoring throughout E22, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

E22 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

Most E22 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We treat E22 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. Because E22 falls under East London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

The E22 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. The same pilot who plans the E22 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
