Construction Progress Monitoring in E15
We cover E15 for construction progress monitoring, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Getting a crew into E15 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.
Aerial work in E15 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, E15 included. Anything we can do elsewhere in East London we can do in E15.
Any E15 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any E15 booking. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. The same pilot who plans the E15 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
