Construction Progress Monitoring in DA5

DA5 is inside our regular patch, so construction progress monitoring there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Construction progress monitoring in DA5 is something we are set up to do at short notice. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

We plan construction progress monitoring around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Tall structures around DA5 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. Sites across Dartford get the same crews and the same standards as DA5.

Before we fly in DA5 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in DA5 are given notice where the operation warrants it.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Send the DA5 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
