Construction Drone Filming in SE18

We cover SE18 for construction drone filming, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

UAS London covers the SE18 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Built-up areas like SE18 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Sites across South East London get the same crews and the same standards as SE18.

Before we fly in SE18 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any SE18 booking. Urgent SE18 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Because SE18 runs down to the river, work here often means flying over water. We hold marine insurance and coordinate with the PLA and London VTS on any riverside operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
