Construction Drone Filming in BR3
Everything we fly in BR3 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
BR3 is a regular destination for our construction drone filming crews. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.
What comes back from the BR3 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Tall structures around BR3 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. Anything we can do elsewhere in Bromley we can do in BR3.
We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the BR3 site before quoting. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.
Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation BR3 usually calls for. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
How much notice do you need for a booking in BR3?
A few days is comfortable for most BR3 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
