Civil Engineering Drone Surveys in N1

Book civil engineering drone surveys in N1 with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

UAS London covers the N1 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

A drone reaches vantage points in N1 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, N1 included. Sites across North London get the same crews and the same standards as N1.

We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for N1 ahead of the shoot date. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation N1 usually calls for. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in N1.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Can you fly drones in N1?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in N1. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
