Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in W2

We cover W2 for roof & asset condition surveys, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

Our roof & asset condition surveys work in W2 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Repeat visits to the same W2 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

The right altitude for any W2 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. London airspace is not uniform, and W2 has its own constraints to work around. Because W2 falls under West London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Each W2 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any W2 booking. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. You will know who is turning up in W2, and when, before the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you fly drones in W2?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in W2. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
