Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in TW11

TW11 is inside our regular operating area. Our roof & asset condition surveys crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

We know the airspace picture over TW11 before we quote on it. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. We treat TW11 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. TW11 shares its airspace picture with the rest of Twickenham, which we already know well.

Ground risk in TW11 is assessed on its own terms, street by street. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Urgent TW11 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. The same pilot who plans the TW11 job is usually the one who flies it.

TW11 fronts the tidal Thames, so a job here can mean launching from the bank, from a pier or from a vessel. We are set up and insured for all three, with PLA coordination handled as standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
