Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in TN16

From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver roof & asset condition surveys throughout TN16.

Our pilots work in TN16 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

The value of roof & asset condition surveys here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. We already know which parts of TN16 need extra lead time and which do not. We work the whole of Tunbridge Wells, so TN16 is rarely a standalone trip.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the TN16 site before quoting. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
