Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in SE14

Roof & asset condition surveys in SE14, quoted per job and delivered to a spec you agree up front.

SE14 is a regular destination for our roof & asset condition surveys crews. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. We treat SE14 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. We work the whole of South East London, so SE14 is rarely a standalone trip.

Before we fly in SE14 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Give us the site details and we will confirm feasibility and cost before you commit. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How long will you be on site in SE14?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
