Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in RM10

UAS London provides roof & asset condition surveys across the RM10 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

We know the airspace picture over RM10 before we quote on it. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Knowing where you can legally launch in RM10 saves a wasted mobilisation. We work the whole of Romford, so RM10 is rarely a standalone trip.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the RM10 site before quoting. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. You will know who is turning up in RM10, and when, before the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
