Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in NW3

We fly roof & asset condition surveys throughout NW3, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We run roof & asset condition surveys jobs across NW3 throughout the year. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

Good roof & asset condition surveys makes the next conversation shorter. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in NW3 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. NW3 is grouped with the rest of North West London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

The NW3 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in NW3. Urgent NW3 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
