Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in N7

UAS London provides roof & asset condition surveys across the N7 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

Roof & asset condition surveys in N7 is something we are set up to do at short notice. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.

A drone reaches vantage points in N7 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. We have flown enough of London to know where N7 gets complicated. N7 is grouped with the rest of North London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Where the site in N7 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any N7 booking. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

How much notice do you need for a booking in N7?

A few days is comfortable for most N7 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
