Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in N21

N21 is inside our regular patch, so roof & asset condition surveys there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.

N21 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.

Aerial work in N21 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. We have flown enough of London to know where N21 gets complicated. N21 sits in the North London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Each N21 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in N21?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

How long will you be on site in N21?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
