Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in N1P

Whatever the site looks like in N1P, our roof & asset condition surveys team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

We know the airspace picture over N1P before we quote on it. Sites vary from tight residential streets to large commercial and industrial plots. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

The right altitude for any N1P site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. We already know which parts of N1P need extra lead time and which do not. N1P sits in the North London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Planning for N1P covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes, and anything on the ground that changes the risk picture. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
