Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in N15

Roof & asset condition surveys in N15, quoted per job and delivered to a spec you agree up front.

Our roof & asset condition surveys work reaches every part of N15. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

Whether the N15 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. We already know which parts of N15 need extra lead time and which do not. Our coverage of North London means a crew can reach N15 without a long transit.

Airspace over N15 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in N15. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Nothing about the N15 operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How long will you be on site in N15?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
