Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in E9

Our roof & asset condition surveys crews work E9 and the districts around it throughout the year.

UAS London covers the E9 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

Clients in E9 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. Some E9 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. East London is a regular working area for us, and E9 is part of it.

We assess the E9 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
