Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in E10

UAS London provides roof & asset condition surveys across the E10 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

We deliver roof & asset condition surveys throughout E10 for commercial and private clients alike. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.

Most E10 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in E10. East London is a regular working area for us, and E10 is part of it.

Before we fly in E10 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Repeat visits to E10 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Can you work around a live site in E10?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
