Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in E1

Professional roof & asset condition surveys in E1, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

Roof & asset condition surveys in E1 is something we are set up to do at short notice. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Clients in E1 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. London airspace is not uniform, and E1 has its own constraints to work around. We work the whole of East London, so E1 is rarely a standalone trip.

Flight planning for E1 accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We flag anything that could delay the E1 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in E1?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

How much notice do you need for a booking in E1?

A few days is comfortable for most E1 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
