Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in BR2

Our roof & asset condition surveys crews work BR2 and the districts around it throughout the year.

Booking roof & asset condition surveys in BR2 puts a CAA-approved crew on site with the permissions already in place. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. We are happy to quote two or three approaches so you can compare.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Tall structures around BR2 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. We hold current airspace knowledge for Bromley as a whole, BR2 included.

Before we fly in BR2 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Urgent BR2 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
