Aerial Photography in RM9

UAS London provides aerial photography across the RM9 postcode district, under CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability cover.

Booking aerial photography in RM9 puts a CAA-approved crew on site with the permissions already in place. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in RM9. Because RM9 falls under Romford, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Before we fly in RM9 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. We flag anything that could delay the RM9 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Can you work around a live site in RM9?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
