We deliver aerial photography throughout N4 for commercial and private clients alike. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.
Whether the N4 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. Operating in N4 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Our coverage of North London means a crew can reach N4 without a long transit.
Operations in N4 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Tell us the N4 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. Nothing about the N4 operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
