Planning covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes and anything locally that changes the risk picture. Cinema, survey and inspection work can be combined into a single mobilisation. Flights are kept short and purposeful, because long loiter time rarely improves the result.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M cover in place. We liaise with local authorities and site managers so the flight does not disrupt the surrounding area. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.
