Booking roof & asset condition surveys in Kew means a CAA-approved crew that knows the area. Clients here include developers, contractors, agencies, production companies and event organisers. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.
We assess the Kew site in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft is unpacked. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for survey. We arrive with spare airframes rather than a single point of failure.
Our pilots hold the permissions needed to work in congested built-up areas. We handle notifications to everyone who needs to know before we fly. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.
Raw files come back the same day, with edited output typically inside 24 to 48 hours. Contact the operations desk to check dates for Kew and get a written quote. We can point you at projects where we have done something similar.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
How much notice do you need for a booking in Kew?
A few days is comfortable for most Kew sites, and urgent work can often be covered at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, take longer, and we flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where the Kew site genuinely needs more than that, we say so at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
