Construction Progress Monitoring in East Ham
Professional, CAA-approved construction progress monitoring in East Ham for commercial, residential, and creative projects.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
East Ham is one of the London areas our construction progress monitoring team works most often. Typical work covers new-build developments, refurbishments, commercial premises and public events. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.
Flight plans account for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. Kit ranges from sub-250g aircraft for confined spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre-level mapping. Battery and crew changes are planned so there is no gap in coverage on longer jobs.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M cover in place. Anything requiring a road, footpath or airspace restriction is identified early enough to arrange it. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.
Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Drop us the brief for East Ham and we will come back with options and a price. We are straightforward about what we can and cannot deliver.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need the landowner's permission?
Take-off and landing require the landowner's permission, and we will identify whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate wants sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where the East Ham site genuinely needs more than that, we say so at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
