FPV Drone Filming in Docklands
Professional, CAA-approved FPV drone filming in Docklands for commercial, residential, and creative projects.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
If you need FPV drone filming in Docklands, we already hold the permissions to operate there. Typical work covers new-build developments, refurbishments, commercial premises and public events. Repeat visits to the same Docklands site get the same crew wherever we can manage it.
Take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes are worked out ahead of the shoot. Cinema, survey and inspection work can be combined into a single mobilisation. We can operate outside working hours where daytime access is impractical.
UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Cordons, marshals and ground safety in Docklands are planned rather than improvised on the day. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.
Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Call or email with the Docklands site details and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs. We can hold a provisional date while you confirm internally.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where the Docklands site genuinely needs more than that, we say so at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
Do you require special permits for FPV drone filming in Docklands?
Professional drone flights in Docklands run under our CAA operational authorisation, with a site-specific risk assessment and, where the airspace requires it, NATS or local authority coordination. UAS London arranges all of that internally before the crew mobilises.
What is the turnaround time for FPV drone filming deliverables?
Raw files are handed over on the day of the shoot. Edited video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps and inspection reports are processed and delivered by secure cloud transfer, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
