Construction Progress Monitoring in Brixton
Professional, CAA-approved construction progress monitoring in Brixton for commercial, residential, and creative projects.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
UAS London provides construction progress monitoring throughout the Brixton area. Typical work covers new-build developments, refurbishments, commercial premises and public events. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.
Anything needing NATS or ATC coordination is arranged well before the crew mobilises. Thermal, high-zoom and mapping payloads are available from the same crew on the same visit. We arrive with spare airframes rather than a single point of failure.
Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs our documentation, we provide it up front. If the Brixton site is busy, we schedule around quieter windows to keep ground risk low. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.
Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Drop us the brief for Brixton and we will come back with options and a price. If the timing does not work, we will say so rather than string it out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns the footage afterwards?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity later. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we scope the licence to match.
Can you fly indoors or in confined spaces?
Yes, using sub-250g aircraft and a separate risk assessment. Enclosed spaces change both the platform and the plan, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
Do we need the landowner's permission?
Take-off and landing require the landowner's permission, and we will identify whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate wants sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
