Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
For roof & asset condition surveys in the London Borough of Brent, UAS London can plan, permit and fly the job end to end. We work for property teams, construction firms, architects and marketing departments across the area. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.
Take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes are worked out ahead of the shoot. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. We keep the ground footprint small so the operation stays out of your way.
All flights are logged and the records stay available for your compliance file. Anything requiring a road, footpath or airspace restriction is identified early enough to arrange it. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.
Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. Call or email with the Brent site details and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs. The quickest route is a short email with the site address and what you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need the landowner's permission?
Take-off and landing require the landowner's permission, and we will identify whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate wants sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Can you fly indoors or in confined spaces?
Yes, using sub-250g aircraft and a separate risk assessment. Enclosed spaces change both the platform and the plan, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
