Thames Brand Activation Filming in Mortlake

Mortlake is a stretch of the tidal Thames our crews know well. Clients here include TV productions, marine contractors, port operators and engineering teams. Early starts are normal here, because the best water and the best light rarely coincide with office hours.

Where the Mortlake flight passes near bridges or moorings, we plan clearances and abort routes first. Dual-operator setups let the pilot hold visual line of sight while the camera tracks independently. Where bank access is restricted, we scout the approach before the crew and kit arrive.

Notices to mariners are checked before any Mortlake flight, and radio watch is kept during it. Ground safety on the bank, meaning cordons, pedestrian routes and marshals, is planned alongside the flight. We hold the separation the regulations require from anyone not under our control.
