Thermal Drone Inspection in SE20

From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver thermal drone inspection throughout SE20.

SE20 is a regular destination for our thermal drone inspection crews. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Access constraints in SE20 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Traffic, pedestrians and overhead services in SE20 shape the plan as much as the regulations do. SE20 sits in the South East London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

We assess the SE20 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Tell us the SE20 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
