Thermal Drone Inspection in N15

N15 is inside our regular patch, so thermal drone inspection there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.

N15 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, N15 included. We work the whole of North London, so N15 is rarely a standalone trip.

Any N15 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in N15.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
