Thermal Drone Inspection in EC3R
From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver thermal drone inspection throughout EC3R.
EC3R is part of the London area our thermal drone inspection crews cover as standard. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Access constraints in EC3R are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.
An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of EC3R. EC3R sits in the East Central London postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.
Any EC3R flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. Anything we cannot legally do, we say so before you book rather than after.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Tell us the EC3R postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.
EC3R takes in a stretch of the tidal Thames. Our team works the river constantly, so vessel movements, tide windows and PLA coordination are handled in-house.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because EC3R is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
