Thermal Drone Inspection in EC2A

From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver thermal drone inspection throughout EC2A.

EC2A sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Access constraints in EC2A are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

We plan thermal drone inspection around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, EC2A included. Anything we can do elsewhere in East Central London we can do in EC2A.

Each EC2A job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
