Real Estate Drone Videography in W1S

Book real estate drone videography in W1S with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

W1S sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Typical jobs cover commercial premises, residential developments, industrial units and open sites. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

Good real estate drone videography makes the next conversation shorter. We have flown enough of London to know where W1S gets complicated. Clients in W1S often have sites elsewhere in West London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

Every flight in W1S starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. We flag anything that could delay the W1S shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

How much notice do you need for a booking in W1S?

A few days is comfortable for most W1S sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
