Real Estate Drone Videography in N5

Whatever the site looks like in N5, our real estate drone videography team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

We deliver real estate drone videography throughout N5 for commercial and private clients alike. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Access constraints in N5 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

We plan real estate drone videography around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and N5 is no exception. N5 is grouped with the rest of North London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

The N5 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Can you work around a live site in N5?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
