Real Estate Drone Videography in N14

Tell us the N14 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

We run real estate drone videography jobs across N14 throughout the year. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Whether the N14 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. Where N14 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. Because N14 falls under North London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Airspace over N14 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Send the N14 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. We flag anything that could delay the N14 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
