Real Estate Drone Videography in KT8

We fly real estate drone videography throughout KT8, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We know the airspace picture over KT8 before we quote on it. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Good real estate drone videography makes the next conversation shorter. London airspace is not uniform, and KT8 has its own constraints to work around. KT8 is grouped with the rest of Kingston upon Thames on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Airspace over KT8 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Where the job in KT8 sits on or over the river, we plan it around tide and traffic and notify the PLA in advance. Our pilots are insured for over-water flight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
