Real Estate Drone Videography in IG4

Everything we fly in IG4 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

UAS London covers the IG4 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Repeat visits to the same IG4 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

We shoot real estate drone videography to be used, not to fill a gallery. London airspace is not uniform, and IG4 has its own constraints to work around. Our coverage of Ilford means a crew can reach IG4 without a long transit.

Airspace over IG4 is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
