Real Estate Drone Videography in E20

We cover E20 for real estate drone videography, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

We run real estate drone videography jobs across E20 throughout the year. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Access constraints in E20 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

We plan real estate drone videography around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, E20 included. E20 is grouped with the rest of East London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Each E20 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Where a job runs over, we absorb it rather than reissue the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Can you work around a live site in E20?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
